Rates are based on double occupancy, with the
exception of the 2 bedroom apartment and family room where the rate is for four
people.
Extra person is $15 per night.
All units are subject to a local 7% tax..
Deposit:
A one night’s deposit is required at the time of reservation to hold
your room, Payable by check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.
Cancellation:
We have a very generous, ten day cancellation policy. All deposits
will gladly be refunded ten days outside of your arrival date.
Group Policy:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, and the
balance is due 30 days prior. At this time the reservation becomes
non refundable.
Check In/ Check Out
Check in is after 3pm. Please confirm your time of arrival as we
divide our time between two properties and want to make sure we’re
here to greet you. A key can be left, with prior arrangement, if
you’re arriving after 6pm when the office closes for the evening.
Check out is at 11am. Bags and luggage can be stored in the office
if you would like to spend just a few more hours at the beach, and
you are welcome to enjoy the property until your departure later in
the afternoon. A bathroom and shower are available for your
convenience. |
