| Rates are based on double occupancy, with the
exception of the 2 bedroom apartment where the rate is for four
people. Extra person is $10 per night. Apartments are subject to a local 7% tax, and rooms to a 9% tax. Deposit: A one night’s deposit is required at the time of reservation to hold your room, Payable by check, money order, Visa or MasterCard. Cancellation: We have a very generous, seven day cancellation policy. All deposits will gladly be refunded seven days outside of your arrival date. Check In/ Check Out Check in is after 3pm. Please confirm your time of arrival as we divide our time between two properties and want to make sure we’re here to greet you. A key can be left, with prior arrangement, if you’re arriving after 6pm. Check out is at 11am. Bags and luggage can be stored in the office if you are leaving later in the day, and you are welcome to enjoy the property until your departure later in the afternoon. A bathroom and shower are available for your convenience. |
